Klipsch is committed to providing a superior audio experience, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days for a full refund. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Klipsch account or visit our online Return Portal to enter your order number and email address to start the process.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your speakers or headphones in the original factory box and include the RMA form inside the package to ensure proper identification.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
